Operations Mechanic / Maintenance Technician
Your mission
- Ensure system availability: You monitor, maintain and repair complex thermal hardening systems as well as operationally relevant machines
- Think ahead instead of just repairing: You optimise preventive maintenance and find sustainable solutions through systematic root cause analyses
- Keep downtimes under control: You independently coordinate planned revisions, service windows and emergency deployments and carry them out professionally
- Interface & partner: You accompany external service technicians, coordinate official furnace measurements and keep an overview during safety inspections
- Spare parts management: You ensure seamless inventory management of critical components so that there are no delays in an emergency
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Industrial Mechanic, Agricultural Machinery Mechanic EFZ or a comparable mechanical basic training
- Solid practical experience in industrial maintenance and repair of production systems
- Independent, analytical and safety-conscious working style
- Willingness to take on occasional on-call duties
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Reliable team player with a hands-on mentality
