In this newly created position, you will take responsibility for the further expansion and development of sales in the European market.

your tasks

• Strategic and operational development of sales in Europe
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as support of existing customers, dealers, and sales partners
• Planning and conducting customer visits, machine demonstrations, and product presentations
• Confident preparation of offers as well as conducting price and contract negotiations for capital goods
• Market and competitor observation to derive concrete sales measures
• Close exchange with management, design, and service
  

your skills

• Technical basic training (e.g. in vehicle construction or mechanical engineering) with Swiss federal further training as a sales specialist
• Several years of solid professional experience in field sales as well as in the sale of capital goods
• Proven success in acquiring new customers
• Very good German skills as well as good to very good French skills (additional languages such as English are an advantage)
• High willingness to travel (Switzerland and Europe) as well as an independent, structured, entrepreneurial way of working
