You manage and prioritise tasks based on the product strategy and the team roadmap to achieve measurable results
By analysing user data, behaviour, and feedback, you drive the continuous improvement of the customer portal and the e-commerce experience
You develop data-driven strategies to optimise transactions, self-service features, and usability
You promote agile principles to increase collaboration and efficiency within the company
In doing so, you create and prioritise user stories focusing on business value, customer retention, and satisfaction
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in marketing, IT, business administration, data analytics, or a similar field and bring at least 5 years of experience as a product owner or IT product manager, ideally in e-commerce or customer portals
You have solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SCRUM) and a corresponding certification would be advantageous
You have experience in optimising digital self-service platforms and increasing conversion through data-driven approaches
You work closely with UX, development, and IT stakeholders to implement user-centred solutions
You are fluent in German and English
