Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting Clerk 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this versatile position, you are responsible for the independent handling of sea and air freight shipments as well as the coordination of transports in close collaboration with internal and external partners. You prepare the necessary export, shipping and customs documents, including export customs declarations, and handle shipments with Carnet ATA. Additionally, you create quotations and take on the competent advice and support of customers. Furthermore, you are responsible for the independent processing of accounts payable, checking, coding and posting supplier invoices, managing the payment transactions and reconciling creditor accounts. You resolve discrepancies, process dunning letters and supplier enquiries and assist with other tasks in financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable and bank postings. Moreover, you actively contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed commercial basic training and ideally further training as an accounting clerk. In addition, you bring professional experience in accounts payable and preferably experience with an ERP system, such as Abacus, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. You are characterised by an independent, precise and structured way of working.
