For our client, a care centre, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed restaurant specialist.

Restaurant Specialist in Care Centre without Room Duties

- Care and service of residents, guests and staff in the restaurant or dining room- Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner- Preparing and tidying the restaurant (mise en place)- Distribution of food and drinks- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP- Cashiering and simple administrative tasks- Assistance at events and banquets- Cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping and care team

- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or professional experience in gastronomy- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style- Enjoyment in dealing with residents
