CeRFI is strengthening its teams and recruiting a senior IT support technician to work in a complex, demanding and premium service-oriented professional environment.

IT Support Technician

Your mission

Close to users, you provide quality support on site, with a strong sense of service and customer satisfaction. You handle incidents, requests and collaborative environments, working closely with IT teams, respecting processes and service commitments.

Your responsibilities

• User support (local / meetings / collaborative environments)
• Diagnosis, analysis and resolution of incidents
• Implementation of immediate workarounds and proactive risk escalation
• Management and follow-up of tickets
• Contribution to service quality and the professional image of IT support

Your profile

• Proven experience in IT support
• Excellent command of Windows, iOS, macOS, Microsoft 365 and collaborative tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Knowledge of meeting room environments (Logi, Poly, MTR, etc.)
• Mastery of asset management tools (Intune, Workspace ONE) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
• Very good communication skills, service orientation and professional attitude
• Team spirit, rigour, organisation and priority management
• Resilience, sense of responsibility and follow-up
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of ITIL®
