Role:
You want to plan, implement, and further develop demanding IT infrastructures? In this role, you advise customers, analyse their requirements, and design suitable solutions around modern workplace, server, network, and cloud environments.
You can expect diverse technical challenges and the opportunity to actively shape and lead IT projects. In addition, you contribute to the expansion of a geo-redundant data centre infrastructure and help ensure a reliable and secure IT landscape for customers.
Responsibilities:
Advising customers and conducting needs analyses
Designing and implementing individual IT infrastructure solutions
Procurement, installation, and support of workplace, server, storage, network, security, and cloud systems
Participation in IT projects and taking on project management tasks
Further development and expansion of a geo-redundant data centre infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and certification as MCSE, CCA, or CCEA
Further training as an IT technician HF/TS is an advantage
Solid experience with Microsoft client and server infrastructures
Very good knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
Very good network knowledge in LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP
Customer- and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Good German language skills
