Negotiator
Within our team dedicated to negotiating LAMal and LCA agreements with healthcare providers, you play a key role by managing daily exchanges with our partners, providers, and healthcare institutions. Your objective? To obtain balanced and sustainable agreements, respecting the legal framework and economic challenges, while maintaining a trusting relationship with our contacts. Thanks to your expertise, you directly contribute to optimising costs and ensuring fair and coherent solutions for our insured clients .
What you do daily
You are responsible for negotiations and contracting with healthcare providers in the designated cantons and/or regions. In this capacity, you lead tariff negotiations as well as those concerning contractual texts and represent Assura within the commissions and working groups of umbrella associations, actively contributing to the evolution of the sectoral framework.
You also ensure the proper implementation of contractual provisions and analyse the development of services offered by institutions. At the same time, you act as a contact and liaison person between institutions and our benefits department, facilitating exchanges for effective collaboration.
Furthermore, you participate in the internal development of invoice control by sharing your expertise and proactively engage in internal projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.
What you bring to the team
Holder of a degree in economics, law, political science, or health-related field (university or university of applied sciences), you have at least 5 years of experience in contract management, ideally gained with an insurer, healthcare provider, or cantonal authority. Comfortable with data analysis and negotiation management, you possess a well-developed ability to synthesise and a good capacity to arbitrate choices. You stand out for your proactivity and your ability to effectively represent the organisation to external partners, including in complex contexts.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you maintain quality professional relationships and work autonomously and rigorously. Your ability to defend your positions and your proficiency in French and German complete your profile and allow you to thrive in a demanding and collaborative environment.
