The Human Resources Management (HRM) department of the Lucerne Police comprises two areas: Personnel Management (with the Personnel Service and Operational and Police Psychology services) and Training and Further Education (with the Training Formation and Corps Instruction services). They work in the fields of recruitment, consulting, development, training and further education, training and support of over 1000 employees.
Your tasks
- Personnel consulting and personnel selection for the assigned departments and areas
- Consulting and support of the line management in demanding personnel situations
- Personnel development tasks (development discussions, support of assessments, etc.)
- Coordination and support during long-term absences and reintegration process
- Participation or leadership in HR projects
- Responsibility for HR processes and involvement in their further development
Your profile
- Completed university degree (Uni, FH) or equivalent education with corresponding further training in HRM (e.g. MAS HRM or certified HR manager)
- Several years of experience in HR consulting or a comparable HR function
- Strong service and consulting orientation as well as high team and empathy skills
- Committed, communicative and reliable personality with confident appearance
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Knowledge of public administration and/or public personnel law is an advantage
