Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying recommendations for optimisation.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Responsibility for cash flow management and liquidity planning.
- Conducting profitability analyses and investment evaluations.
- Close collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Continuous development of controlling instruments and processes.
- Training employees in financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training.
- Further education in finance or controlling (e.g., CAS Controlling, certified business economist HF).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and controlling.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independent working style and high resilience.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
