Junior Specialist Physical Security
Together we ensure the security of Schwyzer Kantonalbank.

In this role, you support the operation and further development of the physical security of Schwyzer Kantonalbank. After thorough training, you will gradually take on more responsibility.

Your main tasks:

• You participate in the planning, implementation and operation of our technical security systems (e.g. access control, video surveillance and intrusion alarm systems).
• You support the further development of our physical security measures and work on security projects such as renovations, site openings or optimisations.
• You conduct security inspections as well as risk and vulnerability analyses and assist in processing and evaluating security incidents.
• You create and maintain security concepts as well as emergency, evacuation and crisis documentation and accompany internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• You manage access authorisations, take on administrative tasks and ensure the control of first aid equipment.
• You raise awareness among employees on security topics and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners such as police, fire brigade and security service providers.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in a technical or commercial environment.
• You have initial professional experience in the areas of security, building or electrical engineering or a comparable function.
• You are interested in physical security and have technical understanding as well as enjoyment in dealing with security systems and IT-supported systems.
• You work confidently with common MS Office applications and carry out administrative tasks carefully.
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a high service orientation.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different stakeholders and act responsibly and security-conscious.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

Advantageous

• You have further training in security management or physical security
• You already have experience with access control, video or intrusion alarm systems
• You have knowledge in project management
