ICT Support & System Engineer | Microsoft 365 ? (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support SME clients in ongoing IT operations and resolve technical issues in first- and second-level support by phone, remotely or on site.
Regarding Windows clients, Windows Server and Microsoft 365, you take on installation, configuration and administration. User management in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is also part of your duties.
With monitoring and regular maintenance, you keep an eye on customer environments, analyse faults systematically and ensure sustainable technical solutions.
You actively participate in migrations, IT projects and security measures. Additionally, you support the further development of managed services and automations.
Your tasks evolve with your experience: step by step you take on more technical responsibility and increasingly contribute to more complex customer projects. You document solutions and customer environments comprehensibly.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and bring practical experience from the Microsoft environment.
You are well acquainted with Windows clients, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 from practice; you also have basic knowledge of networks, WLAN and firewalls.
Additional experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, WatchGuard, Hyper-V, VMware, other virtualisation solutions or IT security is welcome. Microsoft 365 certifications are also a plus.
You hold a category B driving licence and have fluent written and spoken German and English.
