The company has been successfully operating in the field of building technology (heating - ventilation - air conditioning - refrigeration - sanitary - specialist coordination) for over 30 years and plans these from concept

Your Tasks
- Independent handling of diverse projects (commercial, industrial, residential, nursing home, hospital, administration etc.)
- Contact person for clients, architects, general planners and general contractors
- Ensuring the required quality while considering costs and deadlines
- Leading the project team
- Apprentice training
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a building services planner sanitary EFZ
- Preferably with further education HF/FH
- Technical and organisational professional experience as a project manager ventilation (planning)
- CAD, MS Office skills, 3D/BIM experience desirable
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience in project management and project controlling
- Independent working style
- Confident appearance
