Trainee: Deputy Store Manager Zurich North

Responsibilities
You will complete an individual trainee programme and participate in specialist and management training with the goal of taking on the role of Deputy Store Manager.
During this time, you will actively work in all departments of the store. You will learn how to support and develop our employees and
delight our demanding customers with your courteous and competent advice. You will also learn how to ensure optimal stock management and an attractive shop appearance.
Personnel deployment planning including cost control as well as store administration are also part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales
• Management experience is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
• High willingness to perform and resilience as well as system affinity
• Ambition, commitment, and willingness to engage for our common goals
• Flexibility regarding working hours
