What you bring with you
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or near completion (with foreign diploma recognised by MEBEKO)
- Integrative, flexible personality with commitment and enthusiasm for the further development of integrated psychiatry
- Prior knowledge regarding diagnosis and therapy of forensically relevant disorders and legal prognostic procedures (desirable but not a prerequisite)
- Opportunity to acquire FMH subspecialty title "Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy" (full training authorisation)

About Solothurner Spitäler AG
The Psychiatric Services (PD) with around 450 employees are responsible for extended basic psychiatric care throughout the canton. In addition to emergency and crisis centres, a comprehensive assessment, therapy and counselling service is provided by the Clinics for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (KPPP) and by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (KJP). Treatment is tailored to the individual needs of patients and is provided on an outpatient, day clinic or inpatient basis. The PD also cover forensic psychiatry in the canton and cooperate in teaching and research with the Universities of Bern and Basel.
