Role:

Many companies are in the midst of transitioning from their own data centres to the cloud. This is exactly where you come in. As a DevOps Engineer Azure Infrastructure, you design platforms in Microsoft Azure and further develop modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365. Automation is your norm, and you prefer templates over manual clicks. Technical depth meets genuine scope for creativity.

Responsibilities:

• You drive transition projects forward and migrate existing server and application landscapes to Azure and M365.

• Using Bicep and PowerShell, you build standardised deployment processes. You replace manual routine tasks with repeatable workflows.

• Furthermore, you configure device enrolment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies in Intune.

• You translate security and governance requirements into technical solutions. You set up app registrations and role models cleanly.

• For hybrid connections, you design Azure network components such as VNets and routing. For Fortinet integrations, you work hand in hand with network specialists.

• Additionally, you investigate complex error patterns across multiple layers and deploy AI where it truly simplifies operations.

Qualifications:

• You bring several years of experience in the Microsoft Cloud, ideally at least 3 years around Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365).

• You have already transformed environments from on-premises to the cloud and know the typical pitfalls.

• Infrastructure as Code is your everyday practice. You write your PowerShell scripts in a structured and maintainable way.

• Moreover, you are confident in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA as well as in endpoint management.

• Your networking knowledge ranges from NSGs through DNS to VPN connections. Firewall experience is a clear advantage.

• Additionally, you work in a structured manner, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and think solution-oriented. You communicate fluently in German within the team and feel at home in technical discussions in English. Microsoft certifications complete your profile.
