Abacus Consultant HR (m/f/d)
Role:
Are digital personnel processes your thing? Do you want to relieve HR departments of administrative routines and design modern, integrated system landscapes? Here you combine HR expertise with Abacus technology and develop solutions that make personnel management more efficient, transparent and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of companies in the digitalisation of their HR processes with Abacus
Analysis of existing personnel processes and development of efficient, system-supported workflows
Configuration and further development of HR modules, personnel master data and administrative workflows
Support in the introduction and optimisation of digital personnel administration, absence management and time management
Accompaniment of ERP projects from requirements gathering through implementation to go-live
Development of standardised processes for onboarding and offboarding, changes and recurring HR workflows
Support in the integration of payroll processing, financial systems and other HR applications
Analysis of system requirements and development of suitable solution concepts
Conducting user training and advising HR managers
Participation in the automation of HR processes as well as in improving data quality and system transparency
Qualifications:
Experience with Abacus in the HR environment, HR system administration or ERP consulting
Sound knowledge in personnel administration and ideally in payroll processing or time management
Understanding of digital HR processes, data models and system-supported workflows
Experience in implementing customer requirements and optimising existing applications
Ideally knowledge of interfaces, system integrations and automated process flows
Independent, solution-oriented working style with high service and consulting competence
Enjoyment in supporting HR departments through technological changes
