Finance and Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to not only handle finance and payroll but also take responsibility in both areas? In this role, you manage the financial accounting of several Swiss companies while ensuring reliable payroll processing. You have a versatile range of tasks, work closely with internal contacts, and are an important expert for questions regarding accounting and payroll. At the same time, you can pass on your knowledge and professionally support the deputy.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct and timely management of financial accounting for several Swiss companies
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements and ensure a clean and comprehensible presentation of financial data
You coordinate the monthly payroll processing and ensure the correct handling of social insurances
You check the reconciliation between payroll and financial accounting and clarify any discrepancies
You prepare the VAT returns and ensure their timely submission
You take on the professional responsibility for various topics in finance and accounting as well as payroll
You professionally support your deputy and pass on your knowledge purposefully
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable further education
You bring several years of professional experience in Swiss finance and accounting as well as in payroll processing
You are well versed in monthly and annual financial statements, Swiss social insurances, and VAT
You have very good German language skills
