What is my role?

• You turn your team into true support champions - through smart leadership, targeted coaching, and the right amount of hunger for development

• When things get urgent, you are on hand: escalations and complaints land on your desk, and for tricky tech questions, you are the first point of contact

• You juggle repair and service orders like a pro - quickly, cleanly, punctually

• Standing still is falling behind: you continuously optimise our support processes and make our customers even happier

• You contribute to exciting projects and actively drive the professionalisation of our customer service

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic understanding plus commercial and leadership know-how - preferably all in one package

• You have held your ground in customer service / after-sales for several years and can prove that you can rock a team

• You master German perfectly, your English is solid, and if you also know French - jackpot!

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook? For you, no magic, but daily tools

• You lead with intelligence, have an overview, and always think from the customer’s perspective

• Stress-resistant, assertive, independent, and systematic in your thinking - that’s how you tick
