IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support customers in helpdesk and 2nd-level support
You quickly familiarise yourself with new software solutions
You have good knowledge of Windows, Mac and Office
You maintain and manage customer installations such as servers, clients and network components
Qualifications:
You have a solid IT education or a comparable qualification
You are familiar with VMware ESXi and firewalls
You bring several years of experience in IT support, ideally in a comparable environment
You have experience in collaborating on and implementing IT projects
ITIL or Microsoft certifications in the area of server, client or network are advantageous
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
