You develop customised IT solutions, accompany their planning, and take on the technical implementation in close coordination with your customers.
You manage various system landscapes both in the data centre and in the cloud and ensure their reliable and efficient operation.
As the responsible contact person, you support your customers with technical questions and coordinate collaboration with support, engineers, and other specialists.
You identify future technology needs, advise on investments, and contribute your own proposals for new solutions and projects.
Together with the team, you shape the future IT direction, evaluate relevant technologies, and contribute to the further development of the service portfolio.
Qualifications:
You have a technical qualification in IT EFZ, HF/FH, a completed IT degree, or a comparable education and bring solid professional experience.
You are very familiar with Microsoft technologies, Windows server systems, and Microsoft 365 and have successfully used these solutions in operation.
You have solid practical experience with VMware and modern virtualisation platforms and understand their use in the enterprise environment.
You convince with enthusiasm for technology, a high standard of quality, a solution-oriented mindset, and a communicative, positive, and collegial personality.
