ZurichYour Tasks
- You ensure the basic care of minor asylum seekers according to the framework concept and accompany them in everyday life.
- You support socio-educational activities and promote the independence of children and young people.
- You take on household tasks and ensure order as well as compliance with house rules.
- You conduct simple conversations with professionals and reference persons, document relevant observations and pass on special events.
- You respond appropriately in conflict situations and initiate preventive measures.
- You organise and design learning and leisure activities to promote the personal development of young people.
Your Profile
- Completed training with a federal vocational certificate (EFZ)
- Basic practical knowledge and experience in dealing with different stakeholder groups
- Intercultural competence, respectful interaction and clear communication
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, MS Teams or similar)
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) as well as knowledge of another national language or English
- High resilience, team orientation, maintaining appropriate closeness and distance, promoting own resilience

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
