Your mission in the canton of Bern

With us, in the Adult Services, you will succeed the current head of the sector and lead a well-established team. Together with these colleagues, you are responsible for the care of vulnerable adults. You also carry out mandates for the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
  • Are you looking for a meaningful and demanding job in which you ensure the well-being and development of the people entrusted to you and develop solutions in delicate personal situations?
  • Can you easily imagine leading a motivated team of social work specialists?
  • Are you familiar with managing guardianships and clarifying situations of endangerment?
  • Do you speak French and wish to practise and improve your German skills in a stimulating bilingual environment?

The profile we dream of

  • Degree in social work (ES/HES)
  • Proven experience in the field of adult protection, ideally as a professional guardian
It goes without saying that you have completed management training or are willing to undertake it.
