Serving the population of the 31 municipalities in the Broye-Vully district, ARAS BROYE-VULLY notably manages the Regional Social Centre (CSR), responsible for granting the Integration Income and providing non-financial aid and support. The CSR assists individuals facing social difficulties and participates in the deployment of social action within the district.
ARAS BROYE-VULLY also manages the Social Insurance Agencies, which inform and guide residents about their rights and obligations regarding social insurance, as well as the Regional Decision Centre for Family Supplementary Benefits (PC Families), responsible for assessing eligibility for these benefits for residents of the region.

Deputy Director - Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager at 80%
In a context of organisational evolution and institutional transformation, ARAS BROYE-VULLY is creating this new key position to support its development and sustainably support its teams and managers.

Positioned between the Management, the managers and the teams, this role offers the chance to contribute both to the strategic steering of the institution and to the implementation of HR solutions grounded in the reality on the ground.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead the human resources sector, develop and manage an HR policy consistent with the institution’s orientations and needs.
- Provide support, advice and expertise to all stakeholders, ensuring coherent and fair human resource management, attentive to both ARAS’s needs and those of the employees (more than 80 people), in compliance with the applicable framework.
- Support the organisational and human developments of ARAS BROYE-VULLY.
- Contribute, as a member of the Management, to the tactical-strategic steering of the institution by supporting organisational transformation, the development of managerial practices, the coherence of operational frameworks and the robustness of the organisational system.
- Manage recruitment, support sensitive or complex HR situations and contribute to the development of skills, practices and HR tools.
- Participate in strengthening a transversal, collaborative and solution-oriented operation within the institution.
Your profile
- Relevant university or HES degree
Certified training in management and/or HR, organisational development, change management (CAS, DAS, diploma…) - Proven professional experience, ideally in a public-parapublic, social, health or institutional sector
- Confirmed experience in an HR role with responsibilities of about 7 years, including supporting managers, managing complex situations and leading projects or transformations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Pro software and HR tools
- Strong writing skills, labour law and overall HR process knowledge
