You maintain and further develop Microsoft Teams, Exchange and Windows Server in on-premises and hybrid environments
You analyse and resolve disruptions in incident management and participate in change and problem management
In the Azure environment, you support the operation of secure cloud architectures with a focus on security, identity and networking
You automate deployments with PowerShell and Terraform and continuously develop the platform
You also support the departments and teams in the Microsoft 365 and infrastructure environment.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent) as well as several years of experience in the Microsoft environment
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams and Microsoft 365
Experience with Azure, Entra ID, security and identity management is an advantage
Confident handling of PowerShell, knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code is a plus
Experience in IT service management as well as flawless German spoken and written
