Responsibilities:
As the central contact person, you manage all accounting processes of the mesoneer group and ensure accurate financial data as well as timely closings.
You identify potentials for digitalisation and AI-supported process optimisation and further develop innovative solutions together with internal specialists.
In your leadership role, you professionally support the small accounting and back-office team, promote knowledge transfer and establish efficient working methods.
You coordinate project management in Vertec and ensure a smooth debtor process through structured invoicing and consistent dunning.
You prepare financial key figures and management reports, keep an eye on budgets and explain relevant deviations comprehensibly.
Qualifications:
You bring a solid professional foundation in finance and accounting.
You are well versed in Swiss Code of Obligations accounting, financial accounting and closing processes and can draw on relevant professional experience.
You use Abacus and Excel routinely in daily work.
You convince with an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, gladly take on responsibility and are enthusiastic about new technologies and AI applications in finance.
You communicate in German at least at C1 level and well in English.
