Tasks

• Customer service and the information centre are your responsibility.
• You are also responsible for the cash register system.
• You are in charge of receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
• Thanks to your overview, the money, post and delivery note cycles are ensured.
• You carry out general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail or as a commercial clerk.
• Experience in administrative areas and in cash register operations distinguishes you.
• Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) in sales are a matter of course for you.
• You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
• You describe yourself as an independent, resilient and committed personality.
