Negotiation Manager for Service Procurement / Partner Management (all)
This is how you shape health
- Negotiating with hospitals, medical professionals, and other partners about future services and their prices for our customers, including contractual documentation
- Representing SWICA’s interests towards our partners in the area of mandatory health insurance (KVG) as well as supplementary insurance (VVG)
- Contributing to associations, negotiation delegations, and working groups
- Analysing care data, cost developments, tariffs, and quality indicators
- Deriving optimisation measures for healthcare provision
- Participating in strategic projects with internal and external partners
What distinguishes you
- Completed degree (university/FH) in business, public health, medicine, or a related field, or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare – ideally in a hospital or with another service provider
- Experience in service procurement, contract management, tariff systems, hospital management, health insurance, or health economics is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its legal foundations as well as current developments in the healthcare system
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and assertiveness
- Analytical thinker who keeps an overview and maintains strategic focus
- Confident German language skills in speech and writing; very good French skills are a great plus
