We are looking for you as of 1 January 2027 as
Project Manager Medical Service Major Event Management 60 – 70%
Exciting tasks await:
- Current analysis of existing structures, material stocks, logistics and digital solutions as well as examination of interfaces between SNZ 144, emergency services, hospitals and other operational partners
- Conducting benchmarks with neighbouring cantons and reference systems to develop well-founded options and decision bases for the Canton of Aargau
- Development of a scalable cantonal target concept for managing medical service major events with definition of roles, leadership structures and operational processes
- Identification of digitalisation and automation potentials, definition of technical requirements for resource and situation overviews as well as planning of reliable fallback levels
- Preparation and execution of public procurement procedures for medical supplies, operational equipment and logistics solutions from market analysis through specifications to awarding and acceptance
What you bring:
- Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a relevant field or completion of a higher technical school with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, healthcare, emergency services, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders as well as in developing strategies, option comparisons and decision bases
- Practical experience in public procurement and technical tenders as well as knowledge in the field of emergency services, civil protection or public administration
- Strong digital competence (Microsoft 365, process automation, data analysis) combined with impeccable understanding of information security and fallback levels
- High negotiation, communication and presentation skills towards authorities, partner organisations and suppliers as well as reliable and independent action
