Support and optimisation of digital solutions to support modern business processes.
Ensuring a stable system landscape and functioning integrations within the company.
Accompanying releases, new introductions, and handovers from development or project phases.
Identifying digitalisation opportunities and implementing efficient processes around compliance requirements.
Mediating between the business side, technology partners, and suppliers to purposefully realise new requirements.
Qualifications:
Higher education or degree in IT, Business Technology, or a related field.
Practical experience in supporting business-critical applications; knowledge of the financial sector is welcome.
Understanding of SaaS operating models, system integrations, and modern enterprise architectures is an advantage.
Structured personality with high diligence, personal responsibility, and strong prioritisation skills.
Confident demeanour, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, and very good German and English skills.
