Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
Accounting and controlling with a focus on accounts payable and receivable management.
Execution of payment runs and liquidity planning.
Responsibility for credit checks, dunning, and debt collection.
Preparation of cash flow reports and business analyses.
Professional responsibility for payroll accounting and personnel administration.
Participation in annual financial statements and financial evaluations.
Maintenance and optimisation of ERP master data and IT structures.
Collaboration with external trustees, tax advisors, and relevant interfaces.
Preparation of management reports and strategic decision-making bases.
Requirements:
Completed training in financial accounting, controlling, or human resources.
Several years of experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibility.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
Analytical thinking and a structured, responsible working style.
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
