Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Technical Group Leader in Civil Engineering and Road Construction. In this role, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects in civil and road construction. You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects and ensure efficient and safe working methods. As a senior, you bring your extensive experience and expertise to master complex tasks. You are an important part of a team working together on the realisation of major projects.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the construction business in the region and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders
- In this role, you develop shared visions and strategies with the team
- As Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering and Road Construction, you are responsible for the performance and results of the branch
- You lead and develop the employees in the branch
- You acquire construction contracts and systematically manage customers in agreement with the department management
- You lead and control project and construction management to optimise project execution
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training in construction with further education as a certified construction manager or engineer or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of experience as a construction manager in civil engineering and road construction
- You have a convincing and confident manner in negotiations
- You have a winning personality with a strong customer orientation
- You possess very good MS Office skills as well as experience with RIB iTWO
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment and reliability
