Construction Manager Region Eastern Switzerland

In this versatile and future-oriented position, you will take on a key role in the realisation of high-quality single and multi-family houses. You will manage and coordinate construction processes, oversee projects from planning to completion, and ensure smooth collaboration with customers, partner companies, and craftsmen.

Thanks to our structured induction and targeted support, you will quickly grow into your responsibilities and soon be able to successfully implement construction projects independently. We accompany you on this path, prepare you for our customers, and show you how to inspire people with your expertise and commitment.

Your profile

You have completed basic training in building construction, civil engineering, or interior finishing (HVACSE). Several years of experience in construction are essential for this position. Ideally, you have already worked as a construction manager or in a craft business and wish to develop both professionally and personally. Your working style is structured and goal-oriented, you bring assertiveness and act entrepreneurially with high initiative. Fluent German, both spoken and written, is indispensable for communication with customers, partner companies, and internal teams. Additionally, you are eager to learn, ambitious, and open to new challenges to continuously develop yourself.
