Missions

• Support the preparation and setup of meeting and conference venues.
• Provide logistical assistance to internal and external stakeholders during events.
• Assist with remote participation platforms and live streaming sessions.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.

Profil du candidat

• Experience in organizing high-level international conferences and working with audiovisual technologies.
• Strong knowledge of videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another official language is an asset.
• High level of customer orientation.
