Your Tasks and Perspectives

Active participation in campus development as well as the development of future-proof infrastructure and supply concepts in close coordination with the Department of Real Estate & Operations and numerous internal and external specialist departments and stakeholders
Collaboration in demanding, cross-departmental projects in the field of strategic campus development
Systematic translation of corporate strategy and corporate goals into concrete infrastructure requirements as well as preparation of decision-ready documents for management and committees
Support of operational master planning and the use of operational properties of HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland at all locations
Coordination of requirements from user needs management towards clinical and non-clinical specialist departments as well as incorporation of requirements from strategy, supply planning and operations

University degree in business administration, facility management, architecture or construction/real estate management as well as a recognised qualification in project management
Several years of professional experience in corporate and/or process development
Experience in hospital or healthcare sector is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant processes as well as confident handling of the technical language and procedures of the construction and real estate industry is an advantage
Strong communication and organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
