Responsibilities:
- Offer Preparation: You prepare precise technical offers and parts lists, as well as seminar materials for exciting customer training sessions, workshops and seminars
- Technical Support: You are the first point of contact for technical questions and problems, both for customers and the sales team
- Documentation: You take care of creating technical documents and specifically forward sales opportunities to the sales team
- Project Management: You monitor and handle assigned projects, always with an eye for detail and achieving goals
- Programming: You assist in programming automation components and actively contribute your expertise
Qualifications:
- Education: You have a basic education in electrical engineering and have advanced with further training as a technician HF or engineer FH
- Automation Experience: You bring experience in automation and building automation and are well versed in this field
- Sales Experience: Further training or experience in sales is an advantage and adds extra value to your profile
- Programming Skills: You have knowledge of programming according to IEC61131 and can apply this in practice
- Language Skills: You speak fluent German and have good French skills (or vice versa), which helps you communicate in an international environment
