Property Manager (100%) Temporary

For our client, an established real estate company with a diverse portfolio in the city of Zurich, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Property Manager (100%).

In this exciting role, you will independently manage an attractive property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with the technical department and accounting to ensure professional property management.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties

• Rental of apartments, commercial units, studios, storage rooms as well as garages and parking spaces

• Conducting contract negotiations and preparing rental agreements, handover protocols, termination confirmations, etc.

• Proactive communication with property owners, tenants, authorities and service providers

• Responsibility for rent collection and corresponding measures

• Review and adjustment of rents

• Participation in owners' meetings

• Ensuring property maintenance in collaboration with technical staff and handling damage cases

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in property management

• Commercial or technical basic training with relevant further education (e.g. Property Manager with federal diploma)

• Independent, resilient and confident negotiator with a strong service orientation

• Very good communication skills

• Good user knowledge of MS Office; experience with Abacus AbaImmo is an advantage
