A cantonal public law institution, the CNP is tasked with leading the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated and community psychiatry model; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.

Your mission
Within the Neuchâtel Centre for Psychiatry (CNP), a cantonal public institution committed to mental health, you provide versatile and proactive administrative and organisational support to the Finance and Operations Directorate.
As a trusted partner, you contribute to the smooth running of administrative activities, the coordination of strategic priorities, and the efficient management of sensitive files.
Upon request, you also provide support to the General Management and the Human Resources and Relations Directorate.
Your responsibilities
High-level administrative support
- Ensure professional and quality reception (by phone and in person).
- Manage diaries taking into account priorities and deadlines.
- Prepare and organise administrative management meetings.
- Draft and distribute minutes, official communications and letters with strict respect for confidentiality.
- Ensure the follow-up and archiving of contracts, agreements (insurers, partners) and leases.
- Update digital media (intranet, internet) and contact databases.
- Support the operational monitoring of the monthly time closing and ensure anomaly reporting.
Support for operational management and projects
- Handle civil liability cases related to operations (buildings, vehicles, goods), notify insurers and monitor their handling.
- Coordinate, prepare and submit calls for tenders ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage therapeutic apartments rented by the CNP (allocation, coordination with management and teams).
- Independently manage specific files entrusted by the Finance and Operations Directorate or the HR Directorate.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC completed with an executive assistant certificate or equivalent qualification.
- CAS in project management: an asset.
- Higher education: Bachelor, Master, professional maturity appreciated.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an institutional or health environment.
- Excellent written command of French.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ease in managing complex contractual and administrative files.
- Good understanding of the regulatory framework and institutional processes.
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Rigour and attention to detail.
- Analytical and anticipatory skills.
- Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality.
- Service-mindedness, team spirit and excellent organisation.
- Ability to manage urgent situations calmly.
