What is my role?

? As a Construction Manager / Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d), you take responsibility for exciting construction projects from planning to completion

• You coordinate and supervise all building construction sites

• You manage external subcontractors and craftsmen on site

• You ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality

• You are the contact person for clients, architects and authorities

• You take care of site documentation and approvals

• You ensure compliance with all safety regulations

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of professional experience in construction management in building construction

• Assertiveness and organisational talent

• Teamwork and strong communication skills

• Confident use of MS Office and ideally AVA software

• Driving licence class B
