Finance & Payroll Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Role:

The focus is on holistic solutions around document management, print infrastructure, IT and digital workflows, individually tailored to the requirements of each customer. Responsibilities:
You independently manage the entire financial accounting – from accounts receivable and payable through ongoing reconciliations to monthly and annual financial statements.
Together with the CFO, you work on reporting, controlling, liquidity planning and the further development of finance and payroll processes.
You ensure correct and efficient procedures for VAT, payment transactions and dunning and are responsible for all relevant declarations.
Additionally, the complete salary administration including payroll runs, social insurances, withholding tax and year-end reports is part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A commercial education with further training in finance and accounting.
You bring several years of experience in independently managing financial accounting up to completion.
You have solid expertise in accounting, financial statements and VAT and are also familiar with Swiss payroll.
You have confident German language skills.
