Analysis and resolution of complex system malfunctions as well as restoration of stable operating conditions
Optimisation of implementation, handover, and operational processes within the system landscape
Execution of demanding recovery, reconstruction, and restart processes
Ensuring complete system documentation and compliance with defined guidelines and standards
Technical support and advice for system developers and users on complex issues
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science (ETH/University/FH/HF) or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in system engineering/system technology
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows system environments
Experience in system operation, error analysis and technical recovery processes
Fluent German and French skills, good English skills are an advantage
