To strengthen a high value-added department, we are looking for a CNC Mechanic-Setter capable of making a difference on the ground through their technical expertise and autonomy.
Mechanic-Setter (M/F)
- Federal VET Diploma as a Polymechanic, Micromechanic or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC setting and programming
- Proficiency in numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Alphacam or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading, metrology and precision machining
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems
- Autonomous, rigorous and results-oriented person

Hours: 2x8 or 3x8
Do you want to develop in an environment where your technical skills have a direct impact on production performance? You are responsible for the proper functioning of production means and the quality of manufactured parts.
- Carry out complete machine setups on CNC machines
- Program, set and optimise manufacturing processes
- Diagnose and resolve production deviations
- Validate first parts and ensure series follow-up
- Optimise cycle times and industrial performance
- Support and train operators on best practices
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
