Quality Technician 3D Metrology (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is an internationally active company in medical technology that develops and manufactures sophisticated precision products. In this position, you are responsible for 3D metrology and, together with production and engineering, ensure reliable testing processes and the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Create, adapt and further develop 3D measurement programmes
Set up and safely operate coordinate measuring machines
Perform special measurements and initial sample inspections
Define and optimise testing procedures and measurement concepts
Conduct and evaluate measurement system analyses (MSA)
Sustainably improve quality and process reliability
Qualifications:
Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as polymechanic, designer or comparable technical training
Experience or further training in 3D metrology
Knowledge of PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso is an advantage
Confident handling of ISO-GPS as well as form and position tolerances
You read and interpret technical drawings routinely
Very good German, English skills are an advantage
