The cross-sectional area of Innovation and Digitalisation Management (IDM) includes the departments of Corporate Development and IT, thus bundling previously independently operating areas as well as decentralised projects of PDAG. As part of the corporate strategy, it plans and develops innovations for the company and implements them independently as well as in collaboration with external providers. Additionally, it is responsible for the functioning and further development of the IT infrastructure as well as existing and new applications, such as ORBIS. As a newly created business area, IDM significantly contributes to the future viability of PDAG in the rapidly changing Swiss healthcare system.

Profile

• University degree in computer science or business informatics with further training in information security (e.g. MAS Cyber Security/Information Security, CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC)
• Proven professional experience in the field of IT security, information security and data protection
• Sound knowledge and/or further training in the legal field is an advantage
• Strategic thinking, enjoyment and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration from team level to management
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong conceptual skills
• High customer and service orientation, analytical skills and implementation strength
• Independent, holistic thinking personality who does not lose sight of objectives even in hectic moments

Tasks

• Monitoring the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and IT monitoring
• Control of internal and external requirements as well as measures to increase information security and reporting of violations and effectiveness to the responsible bodies
• Continuous observation of the threat situation, assessment of security risks and alerting in case of security incidents
• Planning and implementation of measures (e.g. training and campaigns to raise awareness of information security among employees)
• Support with specialist questions from projects or operations as a subject matter expert (e.g. reviewing documents, concepts and recommendations such as DSFA, etc.)
• Monitoring compliance with data protection regulations according to DSMS and advising various areas of PDAG on data protection issues
• Service provision is carried out on behalf of the IDM management of PDAG for several locations as well as for Psychiatry Baselland
