IT Workplace Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/f/d)

You support and develop Microsoft environments with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
You are responsible for endpoint management with Autopilot, app deployment, compliance policies and conditional access
You assist with IT outsourcing projects including migrations, transitions and commissioning
You analyse technical challenges in 2nd and 3rd level support and maintain documentation and runbooks
Through your customer communication, you take responsibility for stable IT infrastructures
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
You bring sound knowledge of Entra ID, conditional access, group policies and hybrid scenarios
You are familiar with Intune endpoint management, Autopilot and compliance policies
Initial experience with Azure (IaaS/PaaS) and hybrid cloud environments is an advantage
You work solution-oriented and have very good German skills, both spoken and written as well as good English skills
