We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager (M/F) for one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva.

Your mission

As the company’s HR referent, you independently manage the various aspects related to human resources management and support the management as well as the employees on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

• Leading and organising the HR department’s activities
• Supervising and supporting one person within the department
• Ensuring the administrative management of personnel, from entry to exit of employees
• Supporting employees and managers in various HR issues
• Managing recruitment and participating in team development
• Monitoring contracts, absences, social insurances and other personnel-related procedures
• Ensuring compliance with labour law and applicable sector agreements
• Participating in the management of individual and disciplinary situations
• Advising management on HR matters and contributing to the evolution of internal practices
• Implementing and improving HR processes to ensure structured and efficient management
• Being proactive on topics related to organisation, recruitment and employee development

Your profile

• You hold the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources
• You have a successful initial experience in an HR Manager / Generalist HR role with responsibilities
• Ideally, you have initial experience within a construction company, building sector or a highly operational environment
• You master the main aspects of HR management in Switzerland as well as labour law
• You are autonomous, organised, rigorous and proactive
• You have a sense of responsibility and are able to manage your files independently
• You have good interpersonal skills and know how to position yourself as a trusted interlocutor for both employees and management
• You are comfortable in a dynamic and field-oriented environment
