For our client, a renowned international company in the Landquart area, we are looking for a competent and solution-oriented individual from January 2027 as:

HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 60%

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• As a competent contact person, you advise managers and employees on a wide range of personnel matters
• You accompany employees from their entry to their exit, ensuring professional and reliable HR support
• You take responsibility for important personnel processes and actively contribute to the further development of HR topics and projects
• You carefully coordinate personnel changes such as entries, exits, or internal function changes and ensure a well-organised process
• You correctly prepare and manage contracts, work certificates, and other personnel-related documents. At the same time, you ensure personnel files are complete and up to date

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• A completed further education in human resources, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in a comparable HR role, preferably within an industrial company
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law basics
• Enjoyment in professionally advising different stakeholders and developing suitable solutions
• A reliable, team-oriented personality who quickly recognises connections and consistently implements topics
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
