Head of ICT Business Solutions (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You take on the strategic, financial and administrative overall responsibility for the division and lead your ten-person team
- In this role, you plan, develop and operate all business-related ICT services while adhering to the agreed service levels
- As Head of ICT Business Services, you ensure digitalisation, automation and ICT governance with a focus on data and business applications
- You contribute to ICT strategy, ICT governance including internal control system (ICS), ICT architecture, ICT quality management, ICT risk management and ICT sourcing
- In this role, you design, architect and implement business applications and data management systems
- As Head of ICT Business Services, you are responsible for the ICT service management of your division including monitoring, databases, interface and data platforms as well as applications
Qualifications:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Informatics
- You have several years of professional experience as well as project management and leadership experience
- You bring good knowledge of ERP and clinical information systems
- You convince with high customer orientation and strong communication skills
- You think analytically and in networks and work well in a team, independently and proactively
- You communicate excellently in German and English
