Role:
The company is a specialised Swiss planning and construction management firm that accompanies demanding construction projects from initial planning to successful completion.
The range of services combines general planning, project and construction management, construction economics, planning and design, as well as client representation and quality management.
Digital working methods and modern planning processes complement the professional expertise and enable efficient project execution. Employees operate at the interface of planning, technology, economics, and construction and have the opportunity to actively shape demanding projects.
Responsibilities:
Together with your team, you ensure an efficient and reliable financial organisation and are responsible for the ongoing development of processes.
Leading the financial accounting as well as debtor and creditor management, including dunning, is part of your responsibilities.
You manage the processing of fees and change orders, coordinate invoicing, and keep track of incoming payments and outstanding receivables.
You support project managers and other internal contacts with financial, contractual, and commercial questions and act as a link between the finance and project organisations.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as experience in a leadership role form your professional foundation.
You understand the interrelations of project workflows, fees, contracts, and commercial change order management and can confidently classify them.
You are proficient with Abacus and digital processes or have a strong willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
Fluent written and spoken German.
