The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), which has the mission to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure and the Department of Health, to optimise the monitoring of surfaces and their future planning, while ensuring the proper functioning of services. Committed to the continuous improvement of quality and operational efficiency, the Real Estate Directorate seeks to strengthen the quality team to meet evolving needs and the search for operational efficiency.

As a member of the quality team, you play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of quality and operational process efficiency.

You join a team where your main mission is to ensure the quality monitoring of medical gas, water treatment and sanitary installations and to contribute to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

You ensure the quality monitoring of medical gas, water treatment and sanitary installations and ensure their compliance with applicable regulatory and normative requirements. In this capacity, you conduct quality audits on site and check the compliance of installations, equipment and interventions.

You participate in qualification, validation, acceptance and commissioning operations of medical gas networks. You also ensure the quality compliance of gases, particularly medical air, and supervise, when necessary, particulate contamination controls.

You identify and monitor non-conformities. You conduct the necessary investigations to identify root causes and lead the definition, implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

You contribute to risk analyses and control in accordance with applicable requirements, notably ISO 14971, and according to ODIM participate in regulatory and normative monitoring to ensure the consideration of developments in practices and organisation.

You participate in internal audits, supplier audits as well as inspections conducted by competent authorities, and contribute to the follow-up of resulting actions.

You support operational teams in applying quality and regulatory requirements, notably through training, awareness-raising and support actions for technical teams.

Finally, you contribute to document control and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring traceability and compliance of activities related to medical gas, water treatment and sanitary installations.

You have an academic background in engineering, quality, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering or a scientific discipline related to medical devices or health.

Experience in a regulated environment, notably in the field of medical devices, pharmaceutical industry, medical gases or within a healthcare institution, is desired.

You possess solid knowledge of regulatory and normative requirements applicable to medical devices and medical gases, particularly in quality management, risk management, medical gas distribution networks, air quality and environmental monitoring. Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 7396-1, ISO 8573 and ISO 14644 standards, ODIM as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the European Pharmacopoeia is desired. Knowledge related to hyperbaric medicine installations and their specific safety requirements is an asset.

Recognised for your rigour and organisational skills, you work methodically.

You are familiar with quality improvement methodological approaches (PDCA, FMEA, etc.) which allows you to effectively support teams in evolving their practices, encouraging employee involvement.

Your adaptability and integration skills enable you to quickly grasp complex issues within a matrix organisation. You also have excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating your interactions with stakeholders with varied interests.
